Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is one of the most complex and multi-layered coffees in terms of flavor. The Yirgacheffe region is the highest-altitude coffee-growing area in the country, with plantations located between 1,800 and 2,100 meters above sea level. Coffee bushes grow in the shade of tall trees, which slows maturation and imparts a unique depth of flavor. The coffee has a light, almost tea-like body, with pronounced notes of jasmine and tropical fruits. Bitterness is almost absent, while a subtle astringency resembles black tea with hints of bergamot
